Wednesday, November 10, 2010 :: away from home
4 days away from Singapore and I was not the least homesick, except missing Tintin terribly. This time round it was more of a relaxation trip for me and I have definitely enjoyed my stay there with J!
Going to Thailand is always very easy for me, just a cloth bag, laptop and leather jacket.
We stayed in Centre Point Wireless Hotel and this place is just too awesome! In front of me where I am sitting is the bath tub where I spend many nights in. This hotel room came complete with a kitchen, toilet with bath-tub, bedroom and balcony. Just toooooo good to be true at $93 a night.
And I forced J to do……………Brazilian Wax with me at Amari Watergate Hotel right after we touched down hahahaha!! This was taken before we had our waxing session. J almost died being waxed.
LMAOROFLCHICKENPIE$#%^%#@^ J, YOU ARE MY HERO!
(I know J, you wont talk to me for the rest of the month once this goes online)
With burning red privates , we went to Fuji for dinner. Here, we had a wonderful heart to heart talk, didn’t we, J? :]
I am obsessed with finding Barbie Con King Pink contacts
and collecting sunnies; I have tons of them. Not enough, yet.
My trustworthy manicurist at MBK whom I visit everytime I go Thailand.
Then I forced J to do fish spa hahahahaa. He even joked he could put his face in and let the fishes suck away his dead skin –_-“
The 2nd day. J took time to curl my tresses for me. ^^
Serene & Matt’s recommendation for seafood hehe.
With crab, fish, prawn, veg and 2 frappes, it was only $50++ for 2. Dirt cheap!
We went to watch a live band at thieves’ market. Dangerous place so watch your valuables.
Breakfast @ the hotel for 3rd day. Thanks for my trustworthy Topshop leather jacket. It was freezing cold in the hotel.
J curled my tresses again Thank you J! I love it when you do my hair so nicely! Getting around in taxis in BKK is definitely cheaper than taking Tuk-tuks. Remember to ask for meter.
A must to drink blood bird nest at BKK.
Serene, this is called a Chow Chow :p
Before our flight back to Sg, we decided to pop by Somboon again haha.
J said ladies can’t resist man with small eyes. I don’t know how much he was praising himself in that sentence hahaha but is it true? ;P
We spent everything at our last stop, with only $2.50 sgd left in our wallets combined, we board the plane –.- Wanted to buy a mineral onboard for $3.00 but…no matter how we count, $2.50 just doesn’t look like $3.00 to us. We look pathetically hilarious and literally salivated when the man beside us ordered Heineken. J asked the stewardess if she can accept 1000won (korean currency) and she rejected him outright lol. Damn that was freaking hilarious. The plane was filled with my irritating laughter.
Dearest said the next stop will be Osaka. I can’t wait! I can even visualize the itinerary in my head :P Ah hah J! I know! You can keep the 1000 won for next trip! XD
With Love,Tricia
