Thanks to J who did this video in…about an hour’s time while I was studying away for my exams, I am able to post it up now instead of waiting till like…mid may? He’s so incredible!
Filmed this while we were in HK as there were many requests asking me how to use the tong after they purchased it from me haha. Come to my shop! I personally teach you :D After my exams okay~
As you can see from the video, my hair is soooo little. I don’t have much hair follicles haha. Which explains why when I said I was balding last time, it attracted stares and people laugh at me in my face. Already so little hair still can go bald! Made it even more obvious.
Anyway, enjoy the video. The makeup video will be up in mid may. Unless you wanna hear J’s voice over in the video explaining the makeup process instead haha.

My inbox is overflowing with emails and it will take me about 3 hours to finish my emails. So I have no choice but to prioritize my studies instead! For the past 3 backorders (FARRY BLOUSON, JANE TOP & SIBERIA MAXI), I have kept to my promise. Stocks arrive; I packed late through the night and into the morning hours sacrificing 4 hours of my study time so I can deliver by the next morning.
So I hope everyone can be gracious to me and grant me this extra time to study for my Thurs exam :)! Will definitely fly home and start replying emails right after my exam! You know me!
So 1 exam down and 2 more to go. I gave up during today’s exam; walked out of the hall without double checking my answers and not completing 2 qns……… I was dead tired and have no more mental capacity to continue writing.
Till after my exams and keep a look out for a special surprise from V.G.Y.! J is helping me with it and he has hired help from dearest VikaeLien to complete it for me! This time round, I am giving back to my customers; and I am going big at it. Watch us. Many loves!

ReplyDeleteHi dear! I recommend you do cosmic rebonding. It's like x1000000 times better than the usual rebonding. Your hair aft that will be like...baby hair. I not sure of the price for soft rebonding! Will help u check! what's your hair length anyway? :)

ReplyDeleteHi G! I checked with John! He said your hair length will be 300-350 and since your scalp is very sensitive, he recommends cosme rebonding.
ReplyDeleteThis is because for normal rebonding, it will process 100% of your hair but for cosme, it will only do 5-70% hence not so dry and yet as straight. Both kinds of rebonding will not touch your scalp so not to worry :)
J said its better if you go down let him see your hair condition. Or else very hard to see your hair texture, scalp condition and may recommend wrong service over internet! Consultation is free so not to worry :)
Hi dear, hair will not grow thick as it is already in the genes like (hair texture, condition etc)! But you can do perming like in my case, J did perming for me to get soft waves because my hair is very flat. And when I head out, I used a curling tong to curl my hair to enhance volume :)

2) Can you check with John how much he charges for a cut and a perm? I don't know what kind of perm to do, first time doing. My hair length is about bra-length, I think an inch or two shorter than yours ;)

Hi there! I did not exactly 'treat' my balding problem. Just that, I took better care of my hair as I have mentioned in the comments above! :) It is a collective effort to improve scalp condition and thus reduce hair loss! :) Thereafter, it will be careful styling using other SUITABLE methods that will look good and hide your flaws instead of enhancing the baldness :)

For ceramic is $280. John recommends ceramic as the other perming method, curls may not be lasting! :) Mine was ceramic and the loose curls still last. Will post up photos of my natural hair after my exams! :) Cut is $50 but i think J will give you free cut with perming if you mention VGY ;)
Diameter of the curling tong is 32mm! Small enough for curls to be tighter and more lasting AND big enough to have nice big loose curls by finger styling! :)
